Our History
In 1930, my grandfather Paul Glickman started in the mirror business in Manhattan. My father, Morris, continued the business in New York and eventually moved to Miami in 1957, starting Standard Mirror and Glass in 1958. We catered to the booming South Florida housing market in the 1960's with mirror and glass installations in thousands of new homes. I grew up in the Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay area and I am proud to continue in the tradition of my father and grandfather by bringing my customers the very best in quality, service, and workmanship.

The original site of our glass business, Paul Glickman and Son, as it appears today on E. 11th St., NYC. Some 80 years ago there was a street level garage which allowed our truck to pull in and be loaded/unloaded.
